Positive: Beautiful view of Lake Orta and Omegna! Ivan has thought of every detail in the apartment including the use of two bikes which was a bonus. There are three apartments next to one another but the screening and separate access makes the apartment private. The private beach was in a different location, quite a distance away. Ivan was very courteous and gave us suggestions for local restaurants.
Negative: Most amenities are provided however lumpy pillows and limited toilet paper supply were noted.
Summary: A great little place to explore stunning Lake Orta. Do not miss the old town of Orta San Guilio and especially Isola dei

Positive: The residence has an extremely beautiful view to the lake, day and night, more than worth the money. Hiking paths were nearby. Central location to sightseeing and enjoying nature's offerings.
Negative: All was perfect.
Summary: The word "Belvedere" means a beautiful view in Italian, and it captures the idea perfectly.

Positive: The house and installed equipments were all new and and worked perfectly. The view from the house is excellent. The location is good. Easy to go to supermarket and lake Maggiore. The owner, Ivan, is so kind that he allowed us to stay after lunch although the check out time is10:00, because it rained heavily.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: Comfortable stay!

Positive: Location was nice with view over the lake. It was quite, big sleep room, bathroom was equipped with a nice shower, nice terrace. Private beach was very nice, not close but easy to reach by feet. Mostly also parking space near the beach
Negative: If you like to cook, the kitchen is rather poor equipped. (but great oven and dish washer) Entrance from the parking to the appartment is rather steep and since I was recovering from a broken leg it was a challenge :-)
